Pica 71 is a pH neutral graffiti remover free from NMP and NMP equivalents like NEP. Pica 71 is a powerful spray can graffiti remover even though it is non-pollutant and harmless to work with. Allow 2-10 minutes for Pica 71 to dissolve the graffiti paint. Pica 71 is excellent to use on painted surfaces since it selectively removes graffiti and, in most cases, does not harm underlying surfaces.
Use
Use for graffiti removal on most types of painted or unpainted surfaces. Do not use Pica 71 on plastic, rubber or plexiglass surfaces.
